


Sherry Dyanne Reemnet is a Dutch jazz and soul singer from Amsterdam, known for her powerful performances and distinctive voice reminiscent of artists like Billie Holiday and Dinah Washington.
Her musical journey began early, influenced by her father's diverse record collection, which included artists such as Tom Jones, Aretha Franklin, and various Caribbean and Dutch singers. Initially pursuing a career as a mathematics teacher, Sherry realized her true passion lay in music and transitioned to a full-time musical career in 2008.
In 2011, she released her self-produced debut album, "Sing Me A Song," featuring both original compositions and covers of classic jazz and soul tracks. This album earned her a nomination for an Edison Award.
Sherry Dyanne has performed at numerous festivals and venues across Europe, the USA, South America, Turkey, and Israel. She has collaborated with artists such as Michael Franti, Trijntje Oosterhuis, and Candy Dulfer. Notably, her Christmas album "Let it Glow" sold over 38,000 copies in the USA, and she contributed to a charitable initiative that provided 4.6 million meals to Feed America.
